About Me

Like you, I also wear a lot of hats. I am a Professional Coach, a runner, the CEO/CMO/CFO of my own coaching practice and there are a bunch of other “titles” on my LinkedIn profile if you care to look. Although, to be honest, my work doesn’t define me. I have an amazing job that I absolutely love because I cherish my relationships and the trust I’ve built with my clients. So if you want a real glimpse into who I am and what I care about, look no further; I care about the peace and happiness of the people in my life. That includes people like you. In fact, you can find my passion in every detail of this website and in every face in the photo below.

Yes, these are my people—my world. Getting everyone together is an act of pure magic. In this case, it took the wedding of our third son, Ben. My heartbeat is the old guy, Mitch. He’s husband, partner, friend and running buddy for over 30 years. We started with the oldest from my husband, then had five more together…because we were crazy! Then add three exceptional daughters-in-law, and five grand dogs and you’ve got yourself a real party!

We’ve been through a lot together and we mostly love each other like crazy. We’re a big, open, tight-knit family. We have our challenges to be sure, but there’s room for everyone to figure out who they are and go about being that person with a high degree of acceptance and unconditional love. We love tacos and laughing and talking about inappropriate things at the dinner table.

Our unofficial mantra is somewhere between Barney Fife saying, “You’ve got a fight on your hands” and the lyrics to our family theme song: It’s You I Like by Fred Rogers—
